Michael’s practice is focused on litigation, concentrating on real estate and business matters. He has had tremendous success at both the trial and the appellate level. He has been admitted to practice in all California State Courts, the Federal District Court, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals since 1992.
Michael received a Bachelors of Science degree in finance and economics in 1989 from the University of Pacific in Stockton, California. He received his Juris Doctorate in 1992 from the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, California.
He started his own practice in 1996. He had previously worked for complex litigation boutique firms in Stockton including Freeman & D’Auito (formerly Freeman, Brown, Sperry & D’Auito), and the Law Offices of A. Peter Rausch.
Michael has volunteered for CASA as a child advocate, the Lawyers for the Arts, and the South County Crisis Center.
